This new version(3.0) of WinLaunch is not compatable with previous versions 
of wcontdll.dll and wlaunch.ini.  The wlaunch.ini file will be renamed 
wlaunch.sav.  If you wish to modify the previous ini file use caution.  
The first 2 lines are formatting info.  The next line is the command line.  
The next is the path.  The rest are also formatting information.  To modify it 
use notepad.exe to copy each command line and paste it after the path.  
This will be the icon file location.  It can be changed easily later.  
Be careful not to cut the command line but only copy it.  A much safer 
method is to just start over.

Welcome to Win Utils.  These programs all require Win 3.1 or later. 
Copy all the files to your Windows directory.  You may wish to put 
Win Launch in your startup group.  Run each program and read its help 
file for informatation on how to work with it.  You will also find 
registration information there.  The cost is $15.00 for Win Launch, 
$10.00 for Win List and $5.00 for Win Info.  If you use all three they 
the price is only $25.00.  The fillowing files are required for each 
program.
